About the Role
The Brand Ambassador is a key representative of our company, responsible for promoting and selling our general merchandise products in various stores across Cape Town City Centre. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Shelf Health: Ensure all price labels are displayed correctly, conduct price checks to ensure product scans at the displayed price, and execute point of sales.
- Negotiate for extra space on shelves.
- Build displays according to specifications.
- Discuss deals or new products with stores.
- Execute client training sessions as needed.
- Complete monthly requirements.
- Train in-store floor staff on product knowledge.

- South African citizenship.
- Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Matric certificate.
