Human Resources Manager Lead the full HR function for a leader in the electrical manufacturing industry. Bellville South, Cape Town | CTC R35 000 to R50 000 per month About Our Client Our client is a prominent leader within the electrical manufacturing sector. They operate a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The Role: Human Resources Manager The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire HR function within the organization. This role exists to drive organizational development, ensure legislative compliance, and implement effective talent strategies that align with the company’s performance goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the full HR function with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience. Manage full-cycle recruitment and develop talent acquisition strategies. Develop, implement, and maintain all HR policies and procedures. Ensure strict compliance with labor legislation and regulatory requirements. Manage remuneration structures, including salary benchmarking and payroll administration. Coordinate performance management processes and update job descriptions. Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary processes and grievance procedures. Coordinate BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development submissions. About You 5 years of relevant HR experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Completed post-matric qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Labour Legislation and HR best practices. Experience with payroll systems (SAGE), HR software, and benchmarking tools. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously. Assertive and proactive mindset with a positive attitude toward a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment function and driving a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the organization’s growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Manage remuneration structures including salary benchmarking
  • Coordinate performance management processes
  • Oversee Employee Relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development submissions
  • Payroll administration in conjunction with the finance department
  • Drive organizational development and change management processes
  • General personnel administration and HR reporting
  • Coordinate all training and personal development

Requirements

  • Post-matric qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years relevant HR Management experience of which 2 years in managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience in payroll systems (SAGE), HR software, and benchmarking tools
