About the Role
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in Cape Town City Centre, ensuring that all aspects of building operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee the implementation and management of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate contract and service level agreement management.
- Drive operational improvements and efficiencies through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Business Administration, Project Management, Building Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (advantageous).
- Experience Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Management, Building Management, or Infrastructure Operations (essential).
