About the Role
Join a Fast-Paced Import & Supply Chain Environment Our client is looking for a highly organised and operationally strong Import Supply & Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement execution, international shipment coordination, inventory replenishment, and supply continuity across a dynamic import-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and replenishment activities
- Coordinate supplier orders, shipment schedules, and lead times
- Monitor stockholding, supply continuity, and operational demand requirements
- Support procurement planning and inventory optimization
- Coordinate inbound international shipments from factory loading through to warehouse delivery
- Manage freight forwarders, clearing agents, and logistics providers
- Track shipments, ETAs, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
- Resolve shipment delays and supply chain disruptions proactively
- Monitor stock movement, forecasting trends, and replenishment requirements
- Identify stock-out risks, overstock exposure, and supply gaps
- Support warehouse coordination, stock balancing, and inventory visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement
- Experience managing international shipments and inbound logistics
- Proven experience working with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers
- Experience in FMCG, imported goods, food, beverage, or distribution environments advantageous
