About the Role
Ons kliënt, ‘n betroubare k onstruksiemaatskappy in die Paarl, is op soek na ‘n vaardige en gemotiveerde Konstruksie Toesighouer om by hul span aan te sluit. Die rol behels verantwoordelike bestuur en toesig oor konstruksieprojekte, asook koördinering van alle aktiwiteite op die terrein, insluitend subkontrakteurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Bestuur en toesig hou oor konstruksieprojekte, en verseker dat projekte volgens tydlyne, begroting en kwaliteitstandaarde voltooi word
- Koördineer en bestuur alle aktiwiteite op die terrein, insluitend subkontrakteurs
- Verseker nakoming van gesondheid- en veiligheidsregulasies en handhaaf n veilige werksomgewing
- Bevorder n positiewe werksomgewing met fokus op spanwerk, aanspreeklikheid en hoë gehalte vakmanskap
Requirements
- Minimum 4 jaar relevante ondervinding in konstruksiebestuurs
- Goeie mensebestuursvaardighede
- Rekenaargeletterdheid
- Sterk wiskundige vaardighede (metings, skaal, omskakelings, ens.)
- Vermoë om werknemers en subkontrakteurs te bestuur
- Vermoë om konflik effektief te hanteer
- Tweetalig (Afrikaans & Engels)
- Geldige bestuurderslisensie en betroubare vervoer
