The Role: Talent Attraction & Acquisition Business Partner As a Talent Attraction & Acquisition Business Partner, you will partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand evolving talent requirements and deliver strategic recruitment solutions across a broad range of roles and geographies. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, talent attraction expertise, and data-driven recommendations. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic talent acquisition partnering to ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities 3 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience across multiple functions, seniority levels, and role types Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from role briefing through to offer stage Develop and execute effective talent attraction strategies to support business hiring goals Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and technologies Utilise sourcing tools, ATS platforms, AI technologies, and market intelligence to enhance recruitment outcomes Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process Analyse recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making Present recruitment updates, reporting, and talent insights to stakeholders and business leaders About You 3 years of talent attraction and talent acquisition experience Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Experience designing and implementing talent attraction strategies across multiple functions and seniority levels Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities Experience advising and guiding hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and projects Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI-enabled recruitment technologies Strong reporting, presentation, and data analysis skills Ability to interpret market insights and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences Comfortable working UK hours within a hybrid working environment in Cape Town
