About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing projects related to renovation or construction, with a strong understanding of workflows, contractors, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project operations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, approvals, and compliance records
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
