About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rental Consultant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with property rentals, drafting and implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing marketing statistics to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client services
- Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy
- Measurement of effectivity of strategy
- Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy
- Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials
- Market research
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Rentals or Property Management
- Grade 12 minimum
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous (PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous)
