About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Safety Officer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our safety management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- SACPCMP Registered CHSO
- Own transport
- At least 4 – 6 years’ experience in a construction environment (Industrial)
- Reliable Team Player
