About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Senior Administrator to support our sales environment within the insurance industry in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong administration capability and proven experience supporting sales teams, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage databases while ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Compile, collate and track weekly and monthly sales reports

• Follow up daily on outstanding documentation and deadlines

• Provide full administrative support to sales teams and management

• Coordinate meetings, scheduling and prepare minutes

• Handle queries from branch and district management teams

• Assist with travel and training requisitions

• Support senior management with general administration requirements

• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies

• Liaise effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders

Requirements

• Grade 12 (essential)

• Administration qualification advantageous

• Minimum 3–5 years administration experience within Financial Services / Long-Term Insurance / Funeral Insurance

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook essential

• Strong reporting and presentation experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
