About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Support Consultant to join their dynamic IT team, working on critical systems that keep business operations running seamlessly. This role is designed for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, enjoys ownership of complex issues, and wants to deepen their technical expertise while mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support across critical systems and applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests
