About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Parts Sales Manager to join our vehicle dealership in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct parts mix is maintained, managing and training staff, and driving profitability through effective purchasing procedures, inventory control, and staff utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the dealership has a correct parts mix to supply workshops and third parties with parts for services and repairs.
- Manage and train staff of the parts department.
- Meet profit objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, and staff utilisation, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Parts Manager with a Vehicle dealership.
- Experience with a corporate branded dealership.
- Valid SA Driver’s license and clear criminal record.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent.
