About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As an integral part of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Director across different time zones. If you are a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management for the Director across different time zones
- Maintain CRM system and record accuracy
- Manage emails and attend to client enquiries
- Manage invoicing, payment tracking and reporting
- Prepare documents, reports and maintain digital filing systems
- Schedule training at clients for internal training team
- Follow up on training schedules
Requirements
- Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking: take initiative, anticipate challenges, and find smart solutions
- Tech-savvy and adaptable while embracing new tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency
