is recruiting on behalf of a growing, multi-property luxury hospitality group with a portfolio of boutique hotels and lodges across the Western and Eastern Cape, for a driven, detail-oriented, and hospitality-passionate Our client is an established and fast-growing luxury hospitality group operating a curated portfolio of boutique hotels and lodges across some of South Africa’s most sought-after destinations – from the Cape Winelands to the Eastern Cape This is a newly created position – a genuine opportunity to step in at the ground level, help shape how the organisation operates across its properties, and grow with a forward-thinking team that is increasingly embracing technology, including AI, to scale and streamline its operations. Reporting directly to the Group HR Manager and operating across multiple properties on a structured weekly schedule, this is a roving management position with real operational weight. The role serves as the critical link between the group’s individual properties and central services – ensuring that HR documentation, payment records, stock information, supplier paperwork, and other operational admin flows accurately and on time from each site to head office. Beyond the core admin function, the role extends into broader operational territory: upholding consistent guest communication standards across the portfolio, monitoring and following up on outstanding management tasks, researching and adjusting tour and activity offerings, and supporting the active rollout of AI-driven workflows and tools. Travel is a built-in feature of the role – weekly movement between Cape Town and Winelands properties, plus monthly visits to the Eastern Cape, are part of the structure · Prior experience in an administrative, operations, HR, or multi-site hospitality management role – hands-on document control and paperwork experience is essential. · A genuine “find a way to get it done” attitude – proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated. · The confidence and professionalism to hold senior managers accountable and follow up firmly when necessary. · Strong technological competency with a real interest in AI tools and workflow automation – this will be a growing and meaningful part of the role. · A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle – essential for regular multi-property travel. · Genuine enthusiasm for a mobile, field-based work lifestyle – frequent property visits are a core feature of the role. · Meticulous attention to detail and strong document management skills across HR, finance, stock, and operational records. · An authentic passion for hospitality and the guest experience – an instinctive understanding of what good service looks and feels like. · Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee, financial, and operational information. · Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, as is familiarity with systems such as Xero, Hubdoc, payroll platforms, or property management systems. · Contactable references essential. – R22,000 – R30,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience – Permanent, Full-Time – Urgent – as soon as possible ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
