About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Butler to join our 5-star hotel in City Bowl, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the butler’s department
- Ensure seamless guest experiences through proactive communication and attention to detail
- Coordinate room services, turndown, and other amenities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all areas
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional service levels
