About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our 4-star luxury hotel located at the iconic CT V&A Waterfront property. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the same role and environment, ensuring seamless service delivery to our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Manage front desk operations, including room assignments and key distribution
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room bookings, and payment history
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a hotel reception role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures
