About the Role

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-rise, commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships
  • Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and provide regular reporting to senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale commercial builds
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management practices
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel to and work on various project sites as required

Qualifications
