REFRIGERATION TECHNICAL TRAINER CAPE TOWN

A well-established, accredited Training Provider in Cape Town is seeking a qualified Refrigeration Technical Trainer to join their dedicated team.

This role is ideal for a seasoned tradesperson who is passionate about developing the next generation of artisans through apprenticeships and short course training.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualified Red Seal Artisan (Refrigeration preferred, Electrical will be considered)
  • Extensive hands-on experience within the trade
  • Strong ability to follow and deliver structured curriculum
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse South African audiences
  • Confident and professional when presenting to groups
  • Either holds an Assessor Qualification or willing to obtain one
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training to apprentices and short course learners
  • Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning sessions
  • Ensure adherence to curriculum and training standards
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and professional learning environment

  • Mature, grounded individual (approximately 4550 years preferred)
  • Stable and reliable, with strong personal discipline
