About the Role
Khula Human Capital is seeking a qualified Refrigeration Technical Trainer to join their dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned tradesperson passionate about developing the next generation of artisans through apprenticeships and short course training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to apprentices and short course learners
- Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning sessions
- Ensure adherence to curriculum and training standards
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and professional learning environment
Requirements
- Qualified Red Seal Artisan (Refrigeration preferred, Electrical will be considered)
- Extensive hands-on experience within the trade
- Strong ability to follow and deliver structured curriculum
- Excellent communication skills across diverse South African audiences
- Confident and professional when presenting to groups
- Either holds an Assessor Qualification or willing to obtain one
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment
