Cape Town City Centre: ERP Scrap & Waste Administrator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Issue and manage job cards on Syspro, including updates and production scheduling adjustments Monitor and track production progress, ensuring orders are completed and aligned to dispatch deadlines Maintain and audit stock levels, providing recommendations on adjustments and allocations Track loading schedules and ensure alignment between production output and sales order requirements Manage and coordinate reworks processes, including job card creation, stock allocation, and progress tracking Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfilment Monitor reworks stock availability and coordinate additional production where required Maintain and update ERP and warehouse tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times Administer scrap and waste processes, including capturing, reconciliation, invoicing, and system updates Ensure accurate recording of scrap weights and movements across systems Prepare and distribute weekly production, reworks, and planning reports Maintain accurate filing of documentation for audit and compliance purposes Assist with audit queries and provide general administrative support Execute ad hoc tasks as required by management Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in ERP administration, stock control, or production planning Experience working on Syspro or a similar ERP system Exposure to a manufacturing environment advantageous Diploma or BCom in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Administration Strong understanding of stock control, material allocation, and production processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and coordination skills Computer literate (Excel essential) Fluent in English and Afrikaans
