As a Junior QA Tester, you will play a vital role in supporting testing activities to ensure products meet defined quality standards before release. Key Responsibilities Execute manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and system testing Perform exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues Log, track, and retest defects using testing tools Validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Contribute to test documentation and maintain test cases Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders Support QA processes, release cycles, and testing best practices Continuously learn and develop QA skills and methodologies Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or relevant certification) Experience: 02 years experience in QA, testing, or software development (entry-level candidates welcome) Exposure to testing or software development environments is advantageous Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies Familiarity with manual testing techniques Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC concepts Exposure to QA tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar) is advantageous Additional Competencies: Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Eagerness to learn and grow within a QA career Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a team environment Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively Positive attitude and willingness to take guidance Apply Now!
