About the Role
We are seeking a Centurion: Permanent Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Cape Union Mart International Ltd in Irene Village. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice customer selling techniques to exceed customer expectations
- Adhere to stock loss controls in store
- Ensure individual targets are met consistently
- Maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover
- Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales
- Create an inspiring environment
Requirements
- 6 months of retail experience
- Matric or Equivalent
- Clear Criminal record
- Microsoft Computer Proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of current clothing trends/outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for)
