About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking two experienced Till Administrators (Cashiers) to join our team as Centurions. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring seamless transactions in our firearms and outdoor equipment store.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate the till system, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Previous experience as a Till Administrator or in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of firearms and outdoor equipment is an advantage
