Our client, a Fruit Packing and Cold Storage Facility in Ceres, is seeking a Half-Day Financial Clerk to join their team. Our client is known for quality, innovation, and a passion for excellence. VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE:
- Verwerking van alle debiteuretransaksies (belastingfakture en krediete) akkuraat en betyds
- Hantering van klinte- en bemarkersnavrae en korrespondensie
- Uitreiking van maandelikse state
- Uitvoering van klinterekonsiliasies en die oplos van verskille
- Hulp met kosteberekening en algemene finansile administrasie
- Ondersteuning van die finansile span met daaglikse verwerking en verslagdoening
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing all debtor transactions (tax invoices and credit notes) accurately and timeously
- Handling client and marketer queries and correspondence
- Issuing monthly statements
- Performing client reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with cost calculations and general financial administration
- Supporting the finance team with daily processing and reporting
VEREISTES:
- Sertifikaat of Diploma in Rekeningkunde, Finansies of n verwante veld
- 12 jaar ondervinding in n finansile of rekeningkundige omgewing
- Ervaring in faktuurverwerking, rekonsiliasies en debiteurebestuur
- Sterk rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office, veral Excel)
- Ondervinding met Sage Evolution & Vitrax sal voordelig wees
- Sterk aandag aan detail en akkuraatheid
- Vermo om in n vinnige, landbou-omgewing te werk
- Noukeurig en georganiseerd
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede
- Probleemoplossingsvermo
- Spanwerker met n positiewe ingesteldheid
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 12 years experience in a financial or accounting environment
- Experience in invoice processing, reconciliations, and debtor management
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Experience with Sage Evolution & Vitrax will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Team player with a positive attitude
