About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our Government sector portfolio within the hospitality industry in Durban. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships with Government buyers, agents, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and expand existing Government accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Government buyers, agents, and key stakeholders
  • Identify client needs and present tailored accommodation, conferencing, and group solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, booking, and follow-through
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality or leisure industry
