Job Description
REGIONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISER/WESTERN CAPE or FREE STATE BASED (Flexible) The successful Candidate will support approximately 40 stores across Western Cape, KZN, Free State, and Gauteng. The Regional Visual Merchandiser plays a key role in driving the brands in-store identity.
Minimum requirements;
- Matric (required)
- Post-matric qualification in Fashion, Retail, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role.
- Clothing retail experience is essential.
- Proven experience managing multiple stores or regions
Key Purpose of the Role;
- Create visually impactful merchandise displays that elevate product appeal and support sales performance.
- Ensure store layouts and focal points align with category performance, customer behaviour, and seasonal direction.
- Work collaboratively with store teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality presentation standard across all stores, and across the business.
- Adhere to timelines and directives from Head Office for display rollouts, marketing campaigns, and promotional changes.
