About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Manager to support the daily operations of our client’s retail store in East London. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Retail Manager in overseeing store operations
Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Help ensure visual merchandising standards are met
Monitor sales and assist in driving store performance
