About the Role
We are seeking a temporary Toolmaker to join our team in East London for a one-month period. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing tools for injection moulding production.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all Injection moulds
- Ensure that all tools are prepared and available for production when required
- Ensure repairs and services to tooling are in accordance with company guidelines
- Report defects and repairs by filling in control documents
- Report any deviations to management
- Upkeep and maintenance of Toolroom equipment and machinery
Requirements
- N3 plus Trade Certificate minimum
- 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a qualified toolmaker with Injection Moulding experience
- Technical Knowledge in the Injection mould industry
- Experience working with large moulds up to 50 tons
- Heavy Duty Crane License would be an added advantage
