This role will focus on managing supplier onboarding, maintaining the ESD portal, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance throughout the contract period.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) portal and onboarding processes.

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly procurement reports to regulatory bodies.

• Facilitate supplier interview processes and collect data for reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legislation.

• Support the ESD Superintendent in developing and implementing standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Supply Chain.

• Minimum 2 years experience, with at least 1 year in Finance or Supply Chain.

• Experience in Enterprise & Supplier Development (advantageous).

• Mining industry experience (advantageous).

• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Demonstrated ability to work toward organisational goals and performance targets.
