An established poultry and fruit farm (stone fruit) in Simondium currently has the above-mentioned vacancy. This position is ideal for a committed, dynamic person looking for career stability. The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive individual, who is practically inclined and enjoys working with people. Responsibilities include: Assistance with poultry and fruit farm (stone fruit) management and all relevant activities Personnel management Practical tasks (welding, maintenance etc.) Production planning and monitoring Stock management and purchases Manage / oversee facilities and infrastructure Report and provide feedback w.r.t. production information Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial Minimum of 5 years’ farming experience Practical experience in a poultry production environment will be beneficial Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans) Outstanding organisational and planning skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Good interpersonal skills Professional administrative and computer skills
