• Manage full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform monthly bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations
• Capture and maintain financial transactions on accounting software
• Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns
• Assist with payroll processing
• Maintain and update financial records and filing systems
• Provide financial reports and assist management with budget monitoring
• Support auditors with year-end audit requirements

Requirements:

• Matric (Accounting or Bookkeeping certificate/diploma will be an advantage)
• 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of Pastel Essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
