Job Description
- Proven experience in corporate or B2B technology sales, preferably within ISP, MSP, ICT, cloud, or cybersecurity environments
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new corporate client opportunities within defined market segments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT managers, and procurement teams
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Design and present tailored solutions across connectivity, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and communications
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and well-managed sales pipeline in line with company standards
- Update CRM systems with accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and activity tracking
- Work closely with sales administration to ensure pipeline integrity and forecasting accuracy
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client business objectives, risks, and technology requirements
- Own and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, with a clear expectation to meet and exceed agreed performance benchmarks
- Drive sales activity levels required to achieve targets, including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposals, and client research
- Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell to increase total contract value and recurring revenue
- Defend value and margin, confidently justifying pricing and solutions based on outcomes and risk mitigation rather than discount-led selling
- Develop and execute a structured account acquisition plan, identifying priority industries, target accounts, and key decision-makers, and systematically working those accounts through multi-touch engagement strategies
