About the Role
Motus Corporation is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team at Toyota Parktown in Gauteng. As a key senior management role, you will be responsible for managing the Dealership and ensuring its profitability. You will report directly to the Franchise Director and be expected to deliver bottom line results while maintaining compliance with company policies and corporate governance.

- Develop and implement strategies for growth
- Make sound business decisions
- Apply modern business methods
- Ensure maximum efficiency and profitability in all departments
- Create a customer-centric environment and maximize customer service levels
- Manage cash flow, stock, and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and satisfactory return on investment
- Manage risk and ensure audit requirement compliance
- Ensure dealer compliance to franchise standards and target requirements
- Create a high-performance culture and climate in the dealership
- Attract, motivate, and retain talent
- Develop and encourage strong working relationships at all levels in the business
- Work under pressure
- Work both in a team and independently
Requirements
- Post matric qualification
- Minimum of 5 years in a Dealer Principal position
- Valid Drivers License
- Clear Criminal and Credit Record
- Basic business and financial acumen
- Sound knowledge of manufacturer requirements
- Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements
- Fully computer literate
- Motor industry trading experience
- Entrepreneurial skills
