About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Group Financial Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and management to the group, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the group
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – Non-negotiable
- Must have at least 4 to 6 years’ post-qualification experience in the Motor Industry
- Evolve or Similar Dealer Management System experience essential
- Proven experience within the Motor Industry
- Experience managing multiple entities or branched will be advantageous
- Ability to work in a Corporate Group environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
