Our client, a well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Foreman to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on high-impact projects in both the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities · Implement and enforce company health & safety procedures and client-specific requirements. · Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, including Occupational Health and Safety Act Construction Regulations. · Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. · Manage production activities, daily targets, and foreman daily reports. · Provide teams with sufficient materials and machinery, ensuring plant and equipment are safe and operated by authorized personnel. · Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with site requirements. · Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation, ensuring all appointed personnel are competent and resourced.
