About the Role
Motus Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Volkswagen dealership in Kempton Park, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospect new customers through various sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Volkswagen vehicles.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up to date on the latest Volkswagen models, features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of automotive technology and features, specifically Volkswagen.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
