About the Role

The Links, a private club and golf course in South Africa, is offering an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a world-class food and hospitality experience that is nothing less than exceptional and luxurious.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure member and customer relationships are built and supported effectively and professionally
  • Ensure service is intuitive and feedback is attended to promptly and with empathy
  • Create and implement strategies that ensure, and manage the delivery of, overall success in food & beverage operations
  • Ensure both kitchen and front of house run efficiently and that product and service standards are consistently excellent
  • Implement sound financial, operational and people management practices
  • Maintain stock and OE controls
  • Manage financial management practices, budgeting and strategic planning to meet profitability targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in senior management of an award-winning restaurant or exclusive/private club environment
  • Relevant international hospitality management experience is a great advantage
  • Relevant hospitality and/or F&B management tertiary qualification (minimum of NQF 5) is required
  • Verifiable success in leadership skills across all areas of Food & Beverage strategy development, service delivery, and implementation of service standards
