About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive/Representative to join our team in George. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Promote and sell business technology solutions including Office Automation, Printing Solutions, CCTV, PABX/VoIP, IT Infrastructure, Connectivity, Cloud, and Managed Services.
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored business solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
- Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years external sales experience within: Office Automation, CCTV & Surveillance, Telecommunications / PABX / VoIP, IT & Technology Solutions, Managed Business Services
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (essential)
