About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a store in Nelspruit, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As an experienced Store Manager, you will oversee inventory management, administrative tasks, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including daily opening and closing procedures
- Oversee stock control, inventory tracking, and reporting
- Supervise and train staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office and Xero Accounting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 25 years experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management
- Previous store management experience essential
- Strong administrative and stock control skills
- Experience working with stock management systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advantageous knowledge of Xero Accounting
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
