South Africa: Talent Acquisition Partner (6-Month Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As the primary point of contact for recruitment activities, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes and driving talent acquisition efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding co-ordination
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for scarce and hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage
  • Facilitate salary discussions and offer negotiations with candidates
  • Co-ordinate recruitment administration and onboarding documentation related to the hiring process
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and site leadership regarding recruitment progress, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Track recruitment activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics
  • Develop innovative sourcing approaches to secure high-quality and diverse talent
  • Ensure recruitment activities remain compliant with relevant South African labour legislation and hiring practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in full-function recruitment within a complex or high-volume environment
  • Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates and managing difficult-to-fill vacancies
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and candidate management skills
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and recruitment co-ordination abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems / HR systems
