About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-owned vehicle sales teams to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and marketing activities
- Develop and implement effective sales performance metrics and reporting systems
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely inventory management
- Foster strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager capacity within a high-volume Dealership environment
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of Automotive Sales performance, Stock levels, and Marketing activities
- Valid Driver’s License required
