About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd in Edenvale, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and achieving monthly sales targets while promoting and selling vehicle subscription and mobility solutions to individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Promote and sell vehicle subscription and mobility solutions to individual and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive engagement
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored mobility solutions
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency and business growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the rental and subscription market

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within the vehicle rental, fleet, leasing, mobility, or subscription-based sales environment
  • Previous vehicle rental industry experience will be highly advantageous
  • Proven sales track record with strong closing ability
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
  • Passion for learning, growth, and contributing toward scaling a growing business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate with CRM exposure advantageous
