About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a well-connected and commercially minded Brand Relations Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company based in Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Supplier Relationship Management
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with high-end lifestyle suppliers
- Negotiate exclusive member benefits, added value offerings, and preferential rates
- Maintain and grow a strong network across hospitality, travel, events, and luxury sectors
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing supplier partnerships
- Monitor performance and retention of supplier relationships
- Supplier Development & Research
- Continuously research new suppliers, trends, and opportunities within the luxury market
- Identify top-tier partners across key categories including hotels, restaurants, events, and experiences
- Organise familiarisation trips and supplier presentations for internal teams
- Maintain and update supplier databases, records, and benefit structures
- Team & Business Support
- Support Lifestyle Managers in sourcing and nurturing supplier relationships
- Share supplier insights and updates with internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Assist in the creation of monthly Whats On offerings and member communications
- Collaborate with events and communications teams to deliver member experiences
- Provide input into sales and marketing materials and initiatives
- Events & Experiences
- Work closely with the Events Manager to coordinate and execute member events
- Ensure all experiences are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Source and secure exclusive access opportunities for members
- General Responsibilities
- Promote the brand’s luxury positioning and exclusive offering at all times
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand presence and partnerships
- Share leads and opportunities across the business to support overall growth
- Provide additional support to the Lifestyle team when required
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve service delivery
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished presentation
- Strong IT and CRM system proficiency
