Job Description
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate grill equipment to cook burgers, patties, and other menu items
- Assemble burgers with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety compliance
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food preparation, specifically grilling and burger assembly
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food presentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-food or casual dining environment
