Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate grill equipment to cook burgers, patties, and other menu items
Assemble burgers with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety compliance
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

Proven experience in food preparation, specifically grilling and burger assembly
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency in food presentation
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-food or casual dining environment
