About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding customer base through cold calling, prospecting, and networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Vox product stack and be able to develop customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Networking activities to attend 10 new business customer meetings per week
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and company sales goals
  • Manage the customer journey through accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports
  • Develop and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets and precincts
  • Efficiently manage workflow procedures within areas of operational responsibility
  • Attend product training and road shows to expand knowledge of the industry

Requirements

  • 3 years successful direct new business acquisition sales experience (ISP/LCT/Telephony/OA)
  • 3 Year ICT/LSP/Telephony/OA industry experience
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
