About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical insight and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of success in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice on installation and product support

  • Familiarity with Labour Legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA), and Bargaining Councils
  • Proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders
  • Technical industry knowledge
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
