Conduct thorough client-needs assessments and probe strategically to pre-qualify high-value leads. Actively visit clients and prospects, spending time in the field to generate leads and maintain relationships. Collaborate with internal teams remotely, providing regular updates and participating in daily virtual meetings. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Track, manage, and report on sales performance, pipeline activity and conversion metrics. Promote the brand and its offerings through social media engagement and industry networks. Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows, dealership visits and client meetings. Key Requirements: Matric Diploma in sales or marketing (preferred) Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within the automotive or luxury-vehicle sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at a high level. Well-presented, professional demeanour with the ability to represent a premium brand effectively. Goal-oriented and target-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-starter who takes initiative, manages time effectively and works independently. Social-media savvy, with the ability to leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to raise brand awareness and engage prospects. Must be comfortable being out on the road regularly, visiting clients, dealerships and prospects. Valid drivers licence and reliable transport are essential.
