About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As part of our sales force, you will play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most – their lives, families, and futures.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products (life, funeral, medical, and/or short-term)
- Approach potential clients through fieldwork, leads, referrals, or networking
- Conduct needs analysis to identify appropriate cover for each client
- Explain policy features, benefits, and costs clearly to clients
- Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in insurance or sales (advantageous, but not essential training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Own transport (advantageous)
