About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Learning Design & Digital Lead to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a LMS, driving standardization and scalability of training, and supporting onboarding journey design.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing LMS (user access, enrolments, content, reporting)
- Driving standardization and scalability of training
- Supporting onboarding journey design (90-day capability model)
- Converting SOPs and operational content into structured training solutions
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learning delivery
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in L&D, HR, Education, or related field
- 46 years experience in instructional design / digital learning
- Experience with LMS platforms
- Strong eLearning development capability
- Ability to translate technical content into practical learning
- Experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for content development
