Were fast-paced, results-driven and seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our Cape Town team. THE ROLE This is a high-impact role for a true hunter with leadership skills, who can identify, develop and close enterpriselevel opportunities, engage decision-makers and negotiate at boardroom level to deliver tailored commercial and technical solutions. We need a driven, high-energy, self-starter who thrives under pressure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Drive 100% new business acquisition across enterprise and corporate markets. · Confidently negotiate and present at boardroom level, positioning Vox as a strategic Connectivity partner. · Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and consistent follow-up. · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. · Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging insights to unlock opportunities. · Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Finance, Projects) to ensure seamless client onboarding. · Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BDMs where required. · Report on sales activity, pipeline progress and market intelligence to senior leadership. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS · 5 years of B2B solution sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise new business acquisition. · Strong ability to negotiate and close deals with C-level executives and decision-makers. · Experience selling ICT and telecom solutions such as Fibre, Voice and Security solutions. · Self-motivated, hardworking and disciplined with a strong sense of accountability. · High energy, resilience and a relentless drive to succeed. · Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. · Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
