About the Role They are looking for an accurate and organised Administrator to join their team. This role is the operational backbone of our advisory team. You will make sure that all medical aid and long-term insurance portfolios run smoothly. Your fast and precise work will help them keep their clients happy, build trust, and maintain excellent market reputation. Key Duties and Responsibilities Process medical scheme applications for individuals and corporate groups. Work with top medical aid and insurance providers to obtain accurate underwriting decisions. Help clients solve claims, billing problems, and chronic medication approvals. Prepare comparison data for corporate medical aid reviews and gap cover. Keep all digital client files organised and compliant with industry regulations. Manage the annual medical aid option change process for corporate groups. Create accurate insurance quotes for life cover, disability, and dread disease. Onboard new corporate employee benefit schemes using efficient workflows. Give friendly, support over the phone to clients who need help with difficult medical claims. Follow up daily with insurance providers to speed up pending transactions. What They Are Looking For Education: Matric certificate with good marks in English and Mathematics. Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing medical aid administration inside an independent financial brokerage. Product Knowledge: Understand Discovery Health, Momentum, and Fedhealth products. Skills: Strong experience with long-term risk administration (life, disability, income protection) and handling escalated gap cover claims. Compliance: Good knowledge of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act compliance processes. Tech Skills: Advanced ability to use Microsoft Excel to audit member data spreadsheets. Certifications: A valid RE5 certificate is highly advantageous. Wealth Management NQF 4/5 or Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) accreditation is a plus. This exclusive opportunity is managed by TRP.
