About the Role
The Mobile Money Tech Stack Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the technology stack that powers our mobile money services. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Fintech and Financial Services, who can drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the mobile money technology stack
- Ensure seamless IT operations to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Support strategic goals for profitable growth and improved operational performance
- Identify and address technology stack inefficiencies through data correlation and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology covering Fintech, Financial Services, insurance, banking, mobile money
- Experience in performance management and data correlation to identify technology stack inefficiencies
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) concepts
- Experience in Network operation (routing, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
- Experience in Server, storage and Database infrastructure operation (Dell, HP, RedHat, Windows Servers, Oracle)
