Job Description

We are looking for an experienced On-Site Support Engineer to provide daily technical support, maintain network infrastructure, manage documentation, and liaise with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of IT systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
Manage documentation: system configurations, network diagrams, and user manuals
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and software updates
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and software deployments
Monitor backups and disaster recovery procedures
After-hours standby on a rotation schedule

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in a similar technical support role, preferably in an enterprise environment
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent highly desirable
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, client OS, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems
Knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and wireless networking
Excellent English communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
